What the fabric terms actually mean.

Cotton is generally softer and more breathable. Poly-blends can add durability, shape retention or quicker drying depending on the blend.
Pre-shrinking treats the fabric before final use to reduce the amount of dimensional change that may happen after washing.
Bio-washing helps smooth the cotton surface and reduce loose fibres, which can give the fabric a cleaner and softer hand-feel.
Double stitching adds another line of construction at key seams, helping reinforce areas that see repeated movement and washing.
For warm weather, breathable fibres and a balanced GSM usually feel more comfortable. Heavier fabrics can feel more structured but may also feel warmer.
